Internet search company Looksmart says that its CEO of two years has resigned. The company is also selling off its Australian assets and cutting its global workforce by half. The changes come in the wake of the loss of a licensing deal with Microsoft in October 2003. Interim CEO Damian Smith says that the decision for former CEO Jason Kellerman to resign had been mutual and followed several days of discussion. Kellerman had been in the role since 2002.
